Healthier Popcorn Made With Coconut Oil (And a giveaway!)

I don’t normally post links to other blogs or giveaways, but this one was too good not to share!  I love popcorn cooked in coconut oil.  It’s a staple snack in our home!  This recipe is pretty much exactly what we use (although we don’t use virgin CO), and there is even a chance to win your own coconut oil from Tropical Traditions!  Hurry and check it out guys, the giveaway only lasts two more days!

    1. I make it on the stovetop. I use enough coconut oil to cover the bottom of the pan, maybe a tbsp of butter (just whatever your taste preference is) and season it with a bit of Himalayan pink salt when it’s done. I’ve never used an air-popper, but coconut oil is the only oil I’ve cooked it in that didn’t cause my stomach to hurt after eating it. I swear by it!
